College Admission Tests as Measures of High School Accountability

This report is intended to frame a series of key baseline issues (and offer corresponding recommendations) for state policymakers, practitioners, and researchers as they consider and evaluate the current and/or future use of traditional admission tests to assess achievement and accountability.
