What I suggest is more (if it can't be "all"...let's just say "more") universities that provide free courses,free housing and food and free health care.Also the universities in cooperation with companies could find jobs to the students in need.
I'm a big believer in the power of education(in any kind of education..science,arts,sports etc)and much more of the free education.All the children have the right to study and money must not be an obstacle.If everyone could have the opportunity to learn and to train their skills,we probably could have more good scientists,artists,athletes.Children are the future,let's give them the chance to make it better and help them make their dreams come true..
