A Lot of these students that are without jobs, and not in school are in situations that are against their will, whether it be due to teen pregnancy, or unstable homes. My idea would be to create an organization that helps teens to work around these predicaments, give them the education they need, and provide them with flexible jobs that pay minimum wage and higher. The schooling would also be flexible working WITH these teens to make sure they are given the proper tools for the future. The organization would prepare these teens for the real world and what to expect and how to react to real life situations.
