My 10 Ideas piece was based on tying foreign aid to Egypt to measurable performance indicators. My project would be to actually have this become a law, by working with organizations and congressmen to advocate for this new solution, emphasizing its cost-effectiveness and increased utility for US foreign policy.
I would measure my impact by whether or not a law is passed to change the US system of giving foreign aid to Egypt.
