E3 provides an interactive summer camp for middle school youth where they can have fun while learning and playing! Key activities in the summer camp include: - playing soccer - creating an I-Movie digital storytelling project - learning about nutrition by making healthy snacks - developing bilingual language skills by being immersed in English/Spanish activities
I am an adult ally and advocate for young people. The work of Education, Excellence, & Equity empowers youth to tap into their natural strengths and talents and then build off that to improve on an academic level. Through the summer camp, interactive activities during our year-round program and educational outings, we help youth develop five essential 21st century skills: 1) Innovation 2) Adaptability 3) Critical Analysis 4) Cross-cultural communication 5) Teamwork
