A lot of teenagers don't have their own dream, or forgot the dream they used to have in their childhood. Because these days, dreams seemed so hard to come true. What I want to do is made those dreams realized.
This is how it work. First we create a group called Fountain, just like the one you throw a penny and make your own wish. The people who had a dream to fulfill we called them Dreamers. The Dreamers come and tell us their dream, after evaluate their needs, we tried to help the Dreamers made their dream come true. But the most important thing is, we only make sure their dream is on the way to be realized, we don't directly make it realized. For example, if the Dreamer don't have enough money for his dream, we provide a solution or opportunity for him to raise money, but we don't raise money for him.
After the dream is fulfilled and the whole task is done, we hope the Dreamer could gave us some feedback from the profit he made from his dream, so we can keep this Fountain working and help more people in need.
The job I create is directly from the member we need in the group, it comes small in the first stage, but when we have experience and able to help more people, this group will become larger and create more job. Also, our Dreamers could become entrepreneur, too. The goal of this project is that I hope by telling people that dreams are able to come true if you try, don't give up your dreams because it's a very important motive to keep your life on and make it better.
Hi, my name is Vivian and I'm a university student in Taiwan. I study engineering and biology. I join AIESEC and my job is to provide exchange opportunities for foreigners come to my country and do some "community development project".
This project is what I want to do in the future when I got plenty resources to help others. Since I saw this challenge, I think it would be fine to share my idea earlier.
I came up with this idea because a lot of teenagers like me seems not dare to dream anymore, we were taught to study hard when the first day got into school. But with the low salary and high unemployed rate in this society, not all the graduates can find a job suit them, and a lot of them just keep doing research because they don't want to step into the society like this. All I want to do is make them understand that if you got a dream in mind, you should try every way to achieve it, that's how you get through difficult time like this. We're still young and we should dare to dream.
