Oscar Winner Melissa Leo Supports Young and Homeless in the City
Oscar winner Melissa Leo is featured in a new video advocating the restoration of $7.3 million to New York City's homeless and runaway youth services budget. Ms. Leo spoke out as part of the campaign, Young and Homeless in the City. Mayor Bloomberg's proposed budget cut eliminates more than 50% of the funding for youth shelters and support services, according to youth advocates.
