Student teachers is an idea that will help provide the feedback needed that will help improve out education systems.
It's a day where a student gets to teach the teachers and give their perspective on learning. It will be with some guidelines within a professional setting. Teachers must act like students take homework assigned, do readings, any task a student would do. Students will Visa-Versa what teachers would do, grading papers, planning a course.
This will provide:
-week long program/course in which teachers and students can learn the hardships each title faces.
-Some teachers will be directed to do the following to simulate certain factors a student would.
*stay after class to study
*Using a social network for an hour or something "fun"
-Teachers can learn from experiencing and observing.
-Student will learn the challenges of being a teacher.
-Motivate both parties
It can be an individual student teaching a class of teachers or a classroom teaching teachers in a round robin style on different days.
Doing this will provide feedback on what needs to be implemented in class curriculum and teacher to student ratio. A lot can be improved by switching places for a day.
