Youth, Race, and Partisanship in 2012
As we approach the 2012 election, it is important to remember some key facts about the last presidential election. This fact sheet discusses how youth are far less supportive of Democratic candidates than is typically reported by the media, and black youth have provided the highest and most consistent levels of support for the Democratic Party and its candidates of any racial youth group.
