Thursday September 7, 2017
Social Media Day of Action

September 7, 2017 marks the 43rd anniversary of the landmark Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act (JJDPA), which profoundly changed the way states approach juvenile justice, enabling much-needed reforms. The law is 10 years overdue for reauthorization. The U.S. House and Senate have each passed bipartisan bills to update the law—now it’s time for Congress to take the final step and get this done.

Join the Act4JJ and #Cut50 “Thumbs Up” social media activation on September 7, to show your support for bipartisan juvenile justice reform and encourage our Members of Congress to get this done. We’re all eager for Congress to come together and make a positive difference in the lives of young people and our communities!
