To celebrate the 44th anniversary of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act (JJDPA) law on September 7, 2018, the Act 4 Juvenile Justice campaign will send 44 letters to Congressional leadership and the co-sponsors of the bipartisan JJDPA reauthorization bills passed in the House and Senate. If Congress fails to act, funding levels for states and core protections for young people are at risk.
