Can Tech Transform Education for Juvenile Offenders?

Every year, the federal government funds millions of dollars to educate kids in residential juvenile facilities, but factors such as too few resources has led to poor-quality education. As a result, juveniles who come in contact with the system are falling further behind in school as well as being negatively impacted mentally and emotionally.

To tackle this issue, the Department of Education and Department of Justice has urged states to prioritize education in the juvenile justice system.
