The CATCH Planning Funds Program provides grants of $5,000 to $12,000 for pediatricians to develop innovative initiatives that increase children's access to medical homes or to specific health services not otherwise available. Additional focus areas include the following: connecting uninsured/underinsured with available programs, addressing community barriers to immunizations, and Native American child health.

The application deadline for the program is July 31, 2012. Visit the American Academy of Pediatrics’ website below to review the Call for Proposals.
