Did you know that youth of color are overrepresented at nearly every point of contact with the juvenile justice system?

The Juvenile Justice Information Exchange (JJIE) hosted a live group video chat with James Bell of the W. Haywood Burns Institute and Katayoon Majd of the Public Welfare Foundation on February 19, 2014. The chat kicked off the launch of the next section of JJIE's juvenile justice resource hub on racial-ethnic fairness.

It was a candid conversation on racial and ethnic disparities in the juvenile justice system and the over-representation of youth of color. You can watch the video:
